The Privacy Factor.

I think I've mentioned a few times that we have a lovely little one year old [15.5 mos to be exact]. He's awesome. He started running a few weeks ago — has not stopped yet.

I decided a long time ago to not post pictures of him online. I know that he's in that generation — you know, the kids that are growing up on Facebook… the someday 3 year old that will be a computerizing genius. I'm not criticizing those that have made the choice to share their loved ones online… I just hope that it was a consideration. Perhaps this is all hypocritical of me… I post private thoughts such as these online– meanwhile priding myself on keeping the love of our lives under wraps… I decided, though tempting to wallpaper this blog with his image, to keep him all to ourselves — Only emailing choice images to family and friends in the hopes that he will someday understand that privacy — the very concept which everyone is guilty [yes, me too] of dismanteling one website at a time — is priceless.

In other news, my post from yesterday was morbid… morose… a bad mood reflected online.

Because this was happening…

It’s a really really nice Saturday weather-wise, really nice. So — we are going outside to pay homage to the meltage, stomp on slush and soak in the D. This past week’s list is missing, I am well aware… I’ll catch up next week (no pressure)… Meanwhile… walking into our kitchen to pour a cup of tea and begin said list writing session — I was a bit sidetracked. Yes, this is my backyard.
