How about this, I’ve just finished revamping my childhood family favorite halloween pumpkin chocolate chip oatmeal cookie recipe to be gluten, egg, and dairy free (and oat free). I’m in love with the results. Tastes like being 8 years old again.I’ve already committed to posting it over at Designing Moms, but I’d be happy to share it here as well…Perhaps I’ve got some others rattling around that I could include once in awhile…

UNBELIEVABLE! Well, one of the disappointing things we learn along the way is that most people are not “like us”. (For example) having employees is frustrating, depending upon other people is frustrating, people just don’t do what they say they’re gonna do… Every time this happens I think, “How do these people even make it in the world?” They’re not accountable, they don’t take responsibility. All you can do is take comfort that THE CREAM RISES TO THE TOP!
