Aaaaahhhh. And now, having read the title and then looked out my window, you are sufficiently confused.... But oh so relaxed.

Last week I wrote a follow-up post to the BIG post mentioning THE BIG IDEA (which is still really big). In said post I stated, (AHEM!) "People have NO IDEA how socially retarded I am." That, my friends, simply isn't true. There is nothing wrong with me. I just don't like stuff... like meeting people, conversing, talking and, well you know, making eye contact. I hate the phone -- mine is currently off the hook, and not in a fabulous way. Love email. Dislike ENGAGE. I, despite a brief kidding myself period of life, have always been this way. Which is why this BIG IDEA is really rather odd for me. I mean, what is going on here? Reaching out to people -- making contacts -- networking, for the love of mud -- SEEDS OF CHANGE!!!!!
I might even get in my car, drive over to your house WITH MY KIDS, get out of the car, walk down your driveway, SHAKE YOUR HAND and introduce myself -- EVEN THOUGH WE'VE NEVER MET. This my friends, is groundbreaking. AND, this "Might" that I just described -- isn't made up, as your sitting there giggling about my lofty dreams of leaving the house, IT HAPPENED. And the person that I met wasn't just anyone. He was SOMEONE. And he's sharing my BIG IDEA with input and suggestions. MADNESS ENSUES!!!!!
Now, facts are facts and made up stuff sometimes happens too, but when One (meaning myself) walks up to Me and says "You are socially retarded", it simply isn't true. Because, regardless of my overuse of exclamation points lately, who is going to listen to someone that calls themselves THAT?
